The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time sensitive, multi domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems. Our ecosystem enables connected warfare with disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor in every domain, bringing together hundreds of thousands of end points across the globe. ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director, Business Development - Ground Maneuver to lead growth and capture efforts for vehicle-integrated solutions, including the Menace-X platform. In this role, you will build a cohesive, data-driven strategy to penetrate, expand, and deliver at scale our vehicle-integrated capabilities across the entire DoW. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base of our mobile and on-the-move compute, power, and communications capabilities integrated in tactical vehicles. You will create and shape strategic long-term business opportunities that are mission-informed through user feedback and through engagements with requirements owners, capability portfolio managers, and program offices. Success in this role will require knowledge and experience working directly on vehicle modernization programs and an understanding of how to create solutions and joint capture opportunities with vehicle Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and execute strategic pursuits to expand the adoption of Menace-X and other integrated vehicle compute, power, and communications solutions across DoW

• Identify, qualify, and mature new business opportunities where ruggedized compute, power, and communications capabilities can address operational gaps in tactical edge environments based on operational analysis and deep customer engagement.

• Own all capture efforts for vehicle-based Anduril Ground Maneuver programs, including partnership opportunities with OEMs

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the services to understand mission needs and position Anduril’s vehicle-based solutions accordingly.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to shape technical roadmaps aligned with customer requirements and emerging mission needs.

• Support proposal development, customer briefings, and strategic planning activities.

• Represent Anduril’s Ground Maneuver capabilities at industry events, demonstrations, and field exercises.

• Contribute to business performance tracking, forecasting, and strategic growth planning.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7–10 years of experience in defense business development, program management, or acquisitions.

• Strong understanding of DoW acquisition processes, government contracting, and capability transition strategies.

• Experience with tactical vehicle platforms, mobile C2 systems, and edge compute/communications technologies.

• Familiarity with DDIL (Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, Low-bandwidth) operational environments and mobile command and control concepts.

• Demonstrated success in capturing and growing defense programs, particularly in vehicle-based systems.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.

US Salary Range

$241,000 — $319,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
