##
Team
The purpose of Global Workplace Services is to provide ING colleagues with a Digital Workplace in which they can collaborate frictionlessly in a hybrid world. Global Workplace Services enables colleagues worldwide to do their jobs as effectively as possible, using modern digital tools that are secure, up to date and user-friendly.
The Workplace department maximizes value for employees by leveraging the Microsoft Cloud Platform across collaboration, productivity, communication, automation and employee-experience services. Workplace owns and manages Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and related platform capabilities, including the governance, automation and operational controls needed to operate these services safely at enterprise scale.
M365 Automation, Platform & Messaging Chapter provides secure, resilient and scalable Microsoft 365 workplace platform capabilities. The chapter manages generic Microsoft 365 platform services; Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio; automation for self-service, provisioning, reporting and platform operations; and Messaging services such as Exchange, fax and compliance archiving.
The chapter develops reusable automation libraries and engineering patterns, manages integrations and connectors, improves platform observability and resolves complex technical and security incidents.
