iGaming Team Leader (Korean)
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a company in the iGaming industry that is seeking to onboard a Korean-speaking iGaming Team Leader to join their team remotely.
This role involves leading and supporting a Korean-speaking customer support team, overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of player service. The ideal candidate has experience in iGaming customer support and previous team leadership, supervisory or team oversight responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, support and motivate a team of Korean-speaking customer support agents
- Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure excellent player experiences across all support channels
- Monitor team performance, productivity and quality standards
- Coach team members and provide ongoing guidance to help them achieve performance targets
- Handle escalated player queries and complex customer issues
- Ensure customer enquiries are managed professionally, accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, team performance and service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations and resolve issues effectively
- Foster a positive, productive and high-performing team environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Korean language skills
- Good English communication skills
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in customer support or player services
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or in a people management role
- Alternatively, experience overseeing a team, supporting colleagues or taking responsibility for team performance
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate others, manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment
