We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Content Factory team.

Your Main Responsabilities  📋

• Analyze training needs and learning objectives to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Design educational materials (courses, modules, guides, manuals) using instructional methodologies.

• Develop interactive and multimedia content (videos, simulations, assessments) in collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Apply pedagogical principles and learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate ).

What We’re Looking For 🔍

• Education in pedagogy or a related field in instructional design.

• At least 4 years of proven experience in instructional design (portfolio required).

• Language proficiency : C1 English and B2 French .

• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite .
