About the Role :
We are looking for a highly experienced Director of E-commerce Growth to own the customer journey from the first click to purchase.
You will own everything that happens after the click – landing pages, product discovery, product pages, personalization, pricing, promotions, upsells, cart and checkout – with a clear focus on improving conversion, AOV, revenue and profitability.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining commercial thinking, product and UX intuition, analytics, AI and fast execution. You will lead a small team of 1–2 people and work closely with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Design, Data and Technology.
- AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Product Growth, CRO or Digital Product.
- Significant experience owning high-volume B2C e-commerce funnels, preferably in a paid-acquisition-driven business.
- Proven track record of improving conversion, AOV, revenue and profitability.
- Extensive hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Experience leading and developing a small team, while maintaining a strong hands-on approach.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with funnel and customer data.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, customer psychology, UX, pricing, promotions and unit economics.
- Highly creative, curious and commercially minded.
- Comfortable moving between strategy, people leadership and hands-on execution, with strong ownership and accountability.
- High-level English.
