Workspace Security Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Build new-logo Workspace business across Sweden and Norway, focused on enterprise organisations of 2,500+ seats.

• Create your own pipeline through focused account selection, direct outreach, trigger-based prospecting and effective use of SDR, Marketing and local account introductions.

• Lead Workspace opportunities from first meaningful customer engagement through discovery, assessment, commercial process and close.

• Use evidence-led motions such as the Email Security Annual Checkup to turn assumptions into  measurable customer outcomes.

• Identify incumbent email-security platforms, renewal timing and buying triggers to create  competitive displacement opportunities.

• Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, Heads of Security and senior IT stakeholders and translate  technical capability into a clear business case.

• Run a disciplined territory with strong pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting and clear next steps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, including meaningful enterprise SaaS and cyber  security exposure.

• Comfort creating pipeline yourself rather than relying mainly on inbound, channel or inherited accounts.

• Experience selling subscription / ARR-based enterprise software, ideally with opportunities in the  $100K-$500K+ range.

• Strong discovery, multi-threading, value creation, negotiation and closing skills.

• Credibility with senior security and IT stakeholders without needing to be the deepest technical expert in the room.

• A practical, self-directed working style: you move with pace, but you also run a structured and forecastable sales process.

• Fluent English. Swedish is strongly preferred; Norwegian is a useful advantage. Based in the  Stockholm area and comfortable travelling regularly across Sweden and Norway.
