Corporate Actions Specialist - ref. 1132

To strengthen our team in Ticino, we are looking for a Corporate Actions Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. The successful candidate will independently manage the lifecycle of mandatory and voluntary corporate events on equities, bonds and structured products.

Your role

Management of all main corporate events, in particular:

- coupons and dividends

- capital increases

- mergers

- splits and reverse splits

- free and paid distributions

- securities exchanges

- stock dividends

- reinvestments

- takeover bids (tender offers)

- general meetings

- liquidations

- redemptions
