Your role

You will be responsible for branch operations and client relations, and will also help promote retail products and services. In particular, you will:

- Handle counter activities, including cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange and payments

- Open new banking relationships in compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering requirements

- Present and offer retail products and services, including accounts, cards, savings, pension and payment solutions

- Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the branch

- As you settle into the role, you will also take responsibility for an assigned client portfolio

- Manage client relationships, identifying their needs and cross-selling opportunities

- Work in compliance with internal guidelines, control processes and regulatory requirements
