Asst Manager/Dy Manager for Bangladesh

1. Coordination with TSS to book Order & collect the OC. Prepare and submit PI, follow up and collection of Letter of Credit, payments and Expired Bank Guarantees/ EMD and other statutory forms.

2. Coordination with Order execution & Export Commercial team to make smoot shipment process.

3. Coordination with HO and ZO towards release of payments to internal and external customers.

4. Responsible for booking and accounting of expenses related to business in Bangladesh.

5. Preparing Dealership Agreements, Renewal, Termination and maintenance of data.

6. Responsible for raising the accounting entries for Accounts Receivable and Payable.

7. Assist in preparation of Statutory Returns/ Assessments as and when required.

Requirement profile

Formal education: B. Com

##

Professional experience:

In years: 8 – 10  years’ experience

Defined competencies: Good in contacts with employees / clients and dealers

Good in communication

Good in problem solving, listening  etc.
