Sales Development Representative (SDR), SEO Tools

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the sales team at an early-stage B2B software company focused on AI-driven content and search visibility. You will build pipeline across the DACH region by engaging marketing, SEO, and content leaders and booking qualified product demonstrations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make daily cold calls to marketing, SEO, and content decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies.

• Build and maintain prospect lists using AI-assisted research, enrichment, and personalization tools.

• Run outbound campaigns across phone, LinkedIn, and email, testing messaging and improving results.

• Attend industry events and trade shows in the DACH region, engage prospects, and book follow-up meetings.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule product demonstrations, and maintain accurate CRM records.

• Share structured feedback on objections, competitor activity, and customer needs with the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, customer success, or a related prospecting role.

• Fluency in German and English, with demonstrated success booking appointments through cold calls.

• Hands-on experience with multichannel outreach using calls, LinkedIn, and email.

• Proficiency with AI-assisted prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT.

• Experience selling SEO tools or working directly with SEO teams, and familiarity with buyer personas and topics such as AI Overviews and traffic loss.

• Experience participating in trade shows or industry events, and willingness to travel within the DACH region.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €55,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
