ABOUT ERAGON

Eragon is an Applied AI lab building an AI platform that powers self-improving agents for business enterprise. We’re working on memory, runtime, integrations, and product experience that make agents useful, reliable, and governable in real-world settings.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a GTM generalist, you’ll help Eragon find and serve the right customers. You’ll move between customer conversations, positioning, sales execution, and deployment lifecycles—helping translate a technical product into clear customer value.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Talk with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and workflows.

• Develop clear messaging, use cases, and materials that explain Eragon’s value.

• Support sales from initial discovery through evaluation and close.

• Run practical GTM experiments and learn from the results.

• Build customer stories and feedback loops that inform both product and go-to-market strategy.

• Identify promising partnership and ecosystem opportunities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience taking a B2B technology product to market, or a strong record of learning quickly in a customer-facing role.

• Clear, compelling writing and strong communication with both technical and business audiences.

• Comfort working across strategy and hands-on execution.

• Good judgment, curiosity, and a bias toward testing ideas with customers.

• Experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, sales, product marketing, or business development is a plus.
