Eragon is an Applied AI lab building an AI platform that powers self-improving agents for business enterprise. We’re working on memory, runtime, integrations, and product experience that make agents useful, reliable, and governable in real-world settings.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Member of Design Staff, you’ll lead brand and creative direction for Eragon—defining the visual identity, voice, and story that make a complex AI platform feel clear and compelling. You’ll shape how the company presents itself across web, product, and go-to-market surfaces.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define and evolve Eragon's visual identity—typography, color, layout, motion, and illustration—across web, product, and go-to-market.

• Shape the brand voice and narrative that make a complex AI platform feel clear, credible, and human.

• Design the surfaces where Eragon meets the world: website, launch campaigns, decks, event collateral, and social.

• Build and maintain the brand system and guidelines that let the team produce consistent, high-quality work at speed.

• Bring brand thinking into the product itself, partnering with product and engineering on the moments users see most.

• Work closely with leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teammates from early concepts through launch.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A strong portfolio showing thoughtful product design and shipped work.

• Experience designing complex software workflows, ideally for B2B or enterprise products.

• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with attention to detail.

• Comfort working through ambiguity and iterating with users and engineers.

• Experience with AI products, prototyping, or enterprise administration and governance is a plus.
