GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a GTM Engineer at an AI-powered business communications company, you'll own and scale the outbound email engine. You'll combine deliverability expertise, persuasive writing, and data-driven experimentation to build a consistent pipeline.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and operate high-volume email infrastructure across multiple domains and mailboxes, scaling outreach safely.

• Manage deliverability, including domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, warmup, bounce hygiene, and inbox placement.

• Write and test human-sounding cold email copy with personalization.

• Build prospect lists and maintain data quality for outbound campaigns.

• Run experiments on messaging, subject lines, send times, and targeting to improve conversions.

• Manage outbound workflows using modern MarTech and CRM tools, including platforms such as Smartlead or Instantly.

• Analyze campaign results and share insights that support sales pipeline growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of experience building and operating high-volume email outreach infrastructure, including sending volumes in the six- to seven-figure range.

• Hands-on experience managing dozens or hundreds of mailboxes and domains through Smartlead, Instantly, or equivalent tools.

• Expert knowledge of email deliverability, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup, bounce management, list hygiene, validation, and inbox placement.

• Strong cold email copywriting, prospect list-building, and outbound data pipeline skills.

• Experience with MarTech and CRM platforms, B2B SaaS outbound, and data-driven A/B testing or conversion optimization.

• Native-level German and fluent English; local work authorization is required.

• Experience with AI voice agents or conversational AI products is beneficial.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €80,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Vienna, Austria. Remote work within Austria is also listed as an option.
