Customer Service Assistant & Hold and Release Coordinator

Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, provides the most effective way of handling Outbound supply related tasks serving Mars markets and factories. Using Atlas, PDLS and related 3rd party systems for order fulfillment and also communicates with the relevant stakeholders,

As a Hold and Release Coordinator , needs to focus on process optimization, and data-driven decision-making, while ensuring product integrity and quality statuses up-to-date. Play a vital role in enhancing overall performance and achieving strategic objectives. Supports process and system related developments projects for Bokros factory.

Key responsibilities

Customer Service Assistant

1.        Organize both direct and indirect export transportations of finished and export semi-finished products.

2.       Cross-functioning with the relevant stakeholders including but not limited to: Bokros warehouse, Bokros factory, external warehouse, 4PL, hauliers, Central Planners, Sequencers

3.       Deliver business KPIs including but not limited to CSL, truck utilisation, exception rate and stock levels in accordance with CBN

4.       Daily coordination of dispatches with Outbound operators and export creating department & external warehouse

5.       Processing market complaints

Hold and Release Coordinator

6.       Monitors the products and warehouses in scope, executing quality descisions in relevant systems.

7.       Support implementation of changes of supply chain business processes and systems to improve operational effectiveness and excellence. This change may come from internal efficiency projects or from global system upgrades and modifications.

8.       Carry out tests coming from global system upgrades. Fulfill global central requirements with regards to administration and documentation of releases.  Searching for new solutions that can be applied in order to improve efficiency.

9.       Document implemented solutions to maintain knowledge. Maintain training materials for end users. Supports audits of training materials and documents to assure validity and provide easy access for end users.

10.    Pro-active contribution to European network of QiD key users. Participate in Key User meetings and other meetings organized by QiD network.

11.      Support period closing reports.

Context and Scope

This is a combined role which requires a highly adaptive, open-minded associate able to multitask between functions and prioritizing work to ensure safe supply.

Job Specifications/Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification

• High school diploma /University degree

Knowledge/Experience

• Conversation/business English level

• Process-driven mindset and continuous improvement approach

• Minimum 1-2 years administrator experience with SAP or other ERP systems

• 1-2 years experience in preferably supply chain and/or production areas

• Experience in change management/user support activities
