Job Description

• This open role will own the full-cycle SOP management covering SIPcalculation, contract administration, digital system maintenance, and expense reconciliation.

• It will standardize cross-team workflow, cut redundant manual work, and enhance our operational accuracy and agility, bringing tangible efficiency gains to the entire team.

• Optimize and coordinate stock healthy management, ensure smooth routine retailer transfer and return, with internal and external function.

• Facilitating communication and collaboration within the sales team and across other departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• At least 3 years’ working experience of regional sales in FMCG industry, 1 years’ SOP management experience.

• Strong cross-function communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Experienced with Processing management.
