What you will be doing:

• Cover all local digital initiatives screen designs – including journeys covered in HD

• Group adoption and local benchmarking

• Vendor management

• Support MO Dotcom revamp work

Who are we looking for:

• University graduated, preferably in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field

• 5-8 years of UXUI design experience in Banking, FinTech or Insurance

• Able to translate macro business goals into design strategies, defining UX key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving the product book of work

• Designing, governance-checking, and scaling multi-platform enterprise design systems (Web, iOS, Android) across Asian markets

• Setting frameworks for user research planning, usability testing, behavioral Analytics, and translating these qualitative/quantitative data insights into iterative changes

• Advanced mastery of industry tools like Figma, Sketch, Lottie and Jira. Hands-on familiarity with integrating Generative AI / AIGC workflow into design lifecycle is a plus
