Ad Sales Specialist (Spanish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Spanish- speaking Ad Sales Specialist to join their team in Greece.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Engage with existing clients via phone, chat, and email in a professional and consultative manner

- Manage inbound warm leads and outbound outreach activities with timely follow-up

- Identify sales opportunities and recommend tailored advertising solutions based on client needs

- Analyse, optimise, and manage digital marketing campaigns to improve business performance

- Monitor campaign performance metrics and proactively identify optimisation opportunities

- Support clients in maximising the effectiveness of advertising products and services

- Escalate complex matters to relevant specialists or support teams when needed

- Deliver excellent customer experience while achieving sales and performance targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native or near-native Spanish-speaker with fluent English skills (minimum B2 level)

- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Commercial mindset with strong business acumen

- Goal-oriented with the ability to work towards KPIs and targets

- Tech-savvy with good IT literacy and interest in digital technologies

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and adapt quickly

- Self-driven individual able to work independently and within a team environment.
