Senior Business Operation Manager, WWGS EM Central Ops

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in Asia is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese and other Asia businesses to sell globally.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project/program management skills and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of supporting process improvement, building SOP/tools, and turning data into insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Account Management team to manage key business processes
• Leverage data tools such as Excel, SQL, in order to manage daily works and generate actionable insights from analysis
• Interact with multiple stakeholder / business teams to translate ambiguous requirements to execution and structures work flow across the team to effectively prioritize operational support activities
• Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports or other tools to assist Sales teams maximize productivity

• Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
• Experience with SQL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
