Talent Acquisition Partner

Huskeys is building one of the most ambitious products in cybersecurity, and we’re growing fast. We’re hiring our first Talent Acquisition Partner to create the engine that finds, wins and brings in the people who will join our team on this journey.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll own recruiting end to end. That means more than filling roles: you’ll lay the hiring foundation a fast-growing company stands on. You’ll recruit across R&D, Sales, Marketing and G&A, in both Israel and the US, and help shape how the market sees us as an employer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Source proactively, especially for senior and hard-to-find tech and go-to-market talent, and build pipelines before roles open

• Partner closely with hiring managers and challenge them when needed: sharpen role requirements, calibrate the bar, and keep every process moving

• Hire globally, including US roles

• Build our employee referral program and turn it into a real source of hires

• Run employer branding together with Marketing: careers page, social presence

• Set up the foundations: recruiting processes, ATS hygiene, interview structure, scorecards, and reporting on funnel, time-to-hire and sources

• Create a candidate experience people talk about, whether or not they get the offer

WHAT YOU BRING

• Hands-on End-to-end global recruiting experience: sourcing, screening, interviews, process management, offers and closing

• Proven experience hiring in fast-growing startups, including building recruiting from an early stage

• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools and creative outbound

• Tech-savvy: you understand what engineers, researchers and product people actually do, and you can hold a credible conversation with them

• The confidence to push back on hiring managers and negotiate with candidates, and the resilience to keep going when a search gets hard

• Ownership and a bias for action: you would rather build the process than wait for one

• Fluent English and Hebrew
