This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual looking to build a long-term career in Industrial Sales & Leasing. Whether you're currently working in property, have recently completed your studies, or have some early exposure to commercial real estate, you'll be supported by experienced industry professionals who will help you develop your skills, market knowledge, and personal brand.

You'll gain hands-on experience across sales, leasing, business development and client relationship management while learning from some of the market's leading operators. As an Industrial Sales & Leasing Executive, you'll assist in the sale and leasing of industrial properties across Melbourne's East and South-East regions, support client engagements, build market relationships, and contribute to identifying and securing new business opportunities.

We're looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Up to 12 months' experience in commercial real estate, property, sales, customer-facing roles, or a related field

• A genuine interest in building a career in Industrial & Logistics real estate

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn

• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic

• Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders

• A commercial mindset and eagerness to develop business development skills

• A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
