Senior Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Senior Property Manager or Property Manager in Adelaide.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a commercial property portfolio (including A-Grade CBD assets) while acting as a trusted advisor to key clients. Working alongside a high-performing and collaborative team, you'll be responsible for driving portfolio performance, delivering exceptional client outcomes and providing leadership across the broader property management business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management of a commercial property portfolio on behalf of key clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive advice and portfolio recommendations

• Oversee annual budgets, outgoings reconciliations, reporting and business planning

• Drive portfolio performance through lease strategy, occupancy management and risk mitigation initiatives

• Lead lease renewals, rent reviews and other value-add opportunities across the portfolio

• Provide oversight of financial performance, arrears management and outgoings reconciliations

• Work closely with facilities and operational teams to maintain high asset standards

• Mentor and support junior property management team members

• Contribute to business development initiatives and assist in growing client relationships

About You

• Demonstrated experience managing commercial property portfolios

• Proven ability to build and manage senior client relationships

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, reconciling and reporting

• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and implement value-add opportunities

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• A ‘customer first’ approach

• SA Property Management or Real Estate Licence

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, Commerce or a related discipline will be highly regarded
