Consumer Loan Advisor - ref. 1129

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented professional who can provide professional and personalized support throughout all stages of the customer relationship.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and developing solutions tailored to their needs. The role combines consulting, strong communication skills and a commercial mindset , with the aim of building long-term customer relationships and contributing to the growth of our customer portfolio.

An excellent command of Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English (minimum C1 level in all four languages) is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Simulate and assess consumer financing proposals

- Provide advice using targeted communication techniques focused on presenting and selling financing solutions

- Provide post-sales support and advice regarding potential counteroffers

- Drive cross-selling and upselling activities

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

- Carry out debt collection activities
