Food & Beverage Supervisor - Russian Speaker

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet and ensure smooth and efficient service.

- Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver personalized service in line with 5-star luxury standards.

- Welcome and interact with guests, with a focus on providing attentive service.

- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and adherence to hotel standards.

- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Assist with staff training, briefing, scheduling, and daily operational requirements.

- Support inventory control and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
