F&B Server - Banquet (Female)

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and prepare banquet venues, tables, chairs, buffet areas, and service stations according to event requirements and hotel standards.

- Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service throughout banquets, meetings, weddings, and other events.

- Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to the established sequence of service and event requirements.

- Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, event details, and service procedures.

- Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are kept clean, organized, and properly presented throughout the event.

- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, enquiries, and special requirements.

- Assist with clearing, resetting, and closing banquet areas after events while ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.
